Our name, Dynargie, is rooted in the extensive experience of our founders, Gilbert Serfaty and Philippe Graff. Their diverse professional backgrounds across various industries and global locations led to the realization that there was a need to develop both people and companies under a new approach. Inspired by contemporary leadership principles, which previously emphasized directive management, they introduced the transformative concept of “What do You Propose?”. This encouraged listening, and valuing diverse perspectives and ideas, resulting in the birth of the Dynargetic Management approach. This approach reconciles directive and inclusive ways of facing business challenges through empowering people managment.
