Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Business Development Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Development and proven track record in identifying opportunities, building relationships and driving growth, generating leads, and introducing Quest for Human Development’s solutions to new organizations. This best candidate will have a strong sales focus with an annual revenue target, a talent and capabilities for networking, and a passion for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (HR and L&D professionals) in target organizations to establish trust and credibility for Quest’s offerings.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies across the kingdom, targeting organizations that would benefit from our learning solutions.
- Revenue Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth in the new market.
- Performance Reporting and remote collaboration with Egypt team: Regularly track and report on sales metrics, progress and performance to management, providing insights on lead generation, client engagement. As well as closely working remotely with Egypt team to ensure seamless transition and operation of the deals and business opportunities.
