Through our Dynargetic People Management program, managers gain a powerful toolkit of communication and negotiation skills to successfully manage their teams, superiors, and colleagues.

Our program is certified and in accordance with our affiliation with Dynargie, an international expert in Manager’s Training & Coaching. It covers downward communication (managing subordinates), upwards communication (communicating with upper management), and lateral communication (managing peers and meeting management).
